Paramount Community Health Team, Inc. is a Non-Emergency Mobile Health Screening & Referral Service, and the proud recipient of the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award for 2007.

Our focus is empowering individuals, families, communities and organizations to improve and maintain better health.

We exist to teach, and promote lifestyle changes for better living. We offer a variety of health - related classes at little or no cost.

Our Health Mobile unit is available for community health fairs, churches, business organizations, outreach programs, private and civic events. We also provide curbside care to the homeless.
